Healthy Pets are on track
My pet has been insured with Healthy Pets since 2021. As a rescue from Crete with mixed heritage she has enjoyed a fairly untroubled intoduction to the UK.
Apart from a disgnosis of Giardia in her early years she has been resiliant and trouble free. Our claims were easy to deal with giving a quality experience until she was completely clear of the condition. Renewal of our policy is always a pleasure with helpful staff who often find a new policy at a much discounted price.

Good service. Their cat insurance policy prices are presently cheaper than many other insurers at the moment. Their customer services are easy to get hold of if I have any queries. They process claims efficiently. I've used them for multiple years now.

Have been with Healthy Pets many times over the years. Have always found them up there with the most competitive quotes for the cover provided. I do move away every year or two as with all insurance companies they cannot give their best price year-in-year-out as loyalty unfortunately means nothing in the insurance world anymore. But I would recommend as one of the more reasonable insurance providers out there.

I contacted healthy pets regarding my kittens accident they sent the claim form via email for me to download however my knowledge on technology is very basic I've emailed and called healthy pets regarding this issue and asked for them to send me out a claim form via paper to my home address it's been nearly 2 weeks I'm still awaiting on the claim form from healthy pets I have apologized for this inconvenience that this may cause healthy pets to have them send me out a claim form via paper in the post . I'm now finding this whole situation extremely stressful I had thought that my stress would have disappeared by now since we have our kitten Lewis home from the vet hospital Edinburgh but stress has continued since I still haven't received the claim form in the post . I had expected the claim form by now.

I was impressed how quick Healthy Pets…
I was impressed how quick Healthy Pets sorted my case. I had such a bad experience with Argos Pet insurance about dental plan, and then I changed for Healthy pets because they are one of the only insurer that cover dental plan apart from Argos. But this time, I was not prepared for the illness of my Clarinha, she had cancer and needed surgery, including x-rays, blood tests and lab samples... I was emotionally overwhelmed (dealing with Clara and my mother illness at the same time). the last thing I wanted, would be another hassle dealing with insurer. It was the opposite! They were so helpful and quick, I am profoundly grateful for the support (their communication) and promptness (in one week sorted out)from Healthy Pets in one of the worst moment in my life!! That meant a lot to me!

Very helpful staff
After receiving my quote for pet insurance. I was horrified to see it double. I went on a comparison site and found healthy pets. I completed the form. However I wanted to make sure I was getting a good deal. The young man talked me through it and reassured I was correct. Ended up covering my dog for a lot less money. Very happy, with no hassle.
