Amrit was patient in helping me to figure it out how to solve my query, which was not straightforward. We tried it together and when it wouldn't work initially, she persevered until it was solved. It was great that I was able to stay on the phone throughout so that I was reassured it was being dealt with. I couldn't have solved this on my own (and I had tried for a few weeks to sort it myself in different ways).

I had a problem with an invoice not going through. Emailed on 03.11.22 and it was sorted on the 04.11.22. Amrit Cheema gave me full instructions on how to deal with the error should it come up again. By the way it was not a Healthcode error, it was just something new that Vitaltiy now want done.

I had wonderful support on the phone today with Amrit, she was do helpful and enabled me to process invoices.

I would give no stars if I could. the reason being - I am a practitioner who has worked in the private sector for almost 30 years - during this period medical insurance companies have accepted paper, email or online invoicing with very little difficulty. Companies such as Vitality (who now allow invoicing through their website) suggest invoicing through Healthcode who requires payment for processing transactions for what ? to use their constantly crashing, urgent updating and complicated login system ?
There is no need to use this expensive third party who are trying to take their undeserved slice of the salami.
An unprofessional disgraceful setup.
