Very pleased with rose gold farthing key ring. Made special for a 70th birthday with engraving on the back.

My husband ordered a sterling silver necklace with a sixpence for my birthday. It arrived looking cheap and nasty and nothing like the pictures on the website. The chain was not the length he ordered and is faulty because it has a kink in it. Despite him emailing several times asking for them to let him know the returns process they have been ignoring his emails, which is in breach of their returns policy.

I now have a faulty necklace that cannot be worn because it is cheap looking and faulty!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service, or should I say lack of customer service!!!

Please note, do not be fooled by this company’s response to this. They have NOT replied to the emails, except for today when they have been lying through their teeth and I have evidential proof of this. Shady is to good a word for the two people who have been emailing and trying to gaslight us today. Shameful!???

After loosing it yesterday with this company due mainly from shear frustration with not reading the delivery policy ‘ yes my fault ‘ Id like to say that today 28th April I received the necklace which was for my sisters 70th we both loved it ! I bought a penny hip flask for my son’s 21st birthday and I’m delighted with it. The packaging is lovely and worthy of a special occasion gift. The customer service received and speedy delivery were also excellent. My son is yet to open it but I know he’s going to love and cherish it. I would highly recommend.

I ordered a silver sixpence and silver chain which cost over £100. I was disappointed to see that the item did not reflect the advert.
​The Bezel Frame: In the photos, the coin looks perfectly flush and sits thick within the silver frame, giving it a really solid, high-quality look. The one I received had a much thinner, more rounded casing that doesn't sit flush at all. It looked like the coin was just glued into a thin casing

• ​The Loop (Bail): The advert shows a nice, chunky tapered bail, but the one on my necklace is just a thin, basic oval loop

• ​Scratches: To make matters worse, the back of the pendant was already covered in noticeable surface scratches, which isn't what I’d expect for a brand-new piece of jewelery.
• Engraving: the casing was laser etched rather than engraved and was covered in scratches

I did eventually get a refund on the item but no email to confirm they had received this or that they confirmed the item was not as described etc.

Overall really disappointed that I didn't end up with a necklace I ordered and it cost me £10.95 to return which wasn't reimbursed.

Great quality gifts at reasonable prices.
Present for brother in law for 60th birthday. He loved his lucky sixpence cufflinks with the year he was born.

I ordered a silver coin necklace, and was disappointed with the quality. When I contacted customer service stating that the quality of the chain and the casing wasn’t what I expected so I would like to return it for a refund, I received a reply saying that they include photos on their website therefore what I have said is “redundant”, and didn’t give any authorisation or information for a return. A really bizarre response.

I also paid £5.45 for delivery, yet my delivery was received as a letter package with a 1st class stamp.

The coin necklace was delivered very quickly and is of excellent quality. I had a query regarding its manufacture and I got an immediate response clearly explaining why it was made the way it was (I wondered why only one side was visible, it's due to the chemical make up of the coin and safety). The company were very kind and friendly. I would, and have, recommended this company to my friends. This is a lovely way to celebrate special dates.

I have lots of ‘special’ birthdays this year.
For my brother’s 80th I ordered the 1946 3d keyring as neither his children or his grandchildren will have seen one.
One of my sons will be 50 so I ordered the 1976 50p keyring with a 20p added to it for his child’s year of birth too.
Both are absolutely gorgeous and I am delighted with them, I’m sure that they will be too.
Another very good friend is going to be 50 this year so I will order another for her.
I ordered the corresponding year birthday cards to go with them. It’s so interesting to read what was going on in the year of their birth and comparing with like for like nowadays … quite eye opening!
