The product looked different in the photo. I need to return it

I love the textures of every fabric time I’ve received!! I only wish delivery was a little quicker and there were millions of fabrics to choose from. (I know there can’t be)

When I received my wig, the presentation of the box was amazing. The wig was wrapped in tissue paper with a (I think) seasonal sticker holding it together, it just felt so special opening it up. Kind of felt like Christmas! Unfortunately the wig didn’t work out and I had to return it for a refund but definitely an extra star for this company’s forethought into presentation.

Very easy to navigate the website and find exactly what I was looking for. Loved the products that i received for my mom.

The company and the products were highly rated. My sister loved that I sent her this gift; it let her know how much I love her, and the quality of the items was like a warm hug from me. I love the silk scarves at Headcovers - they are well made and so beautiful! They come in so many colors and patterns, it’s easy to find the “right scarf”. I have quite a collection!
I have been gifting them to my daughters for Christmas, and every year they look forward to the little thin rectangular package.

Ordering was easy. Price was right and received my order fast.

I ordered a wig, spoke with someone on the phone prior to the order. I read the return policy which says headcovers. BUT if you scroll all the way down, there are very specific instructions about wig returns. You pay your own return shipping, there are some wigs not eligible for return and you pay a 20PERCENT restock fee. I do not know why this was not explained on the phone and because this is so punitive, it should be at the HEAD of their return policy, not the very bottom. NOT HAPPY!!!!

Great selection, quality products, ease of ordering

Although it's unfortunate that I will need these products I'm impressed with the pricing, quality, and styles offered. Shipping was super fast so that was a added bonus!

My charcoal slouchy beanie arrived and it was very soft and fit me well. I have a smaller head so I wasn’t sure. I am going to be losing my hair to chemo and I think this will look and feel good throughout my treatment.

Cute choices. One of my items ended up being out of stock and they contacted me very quickly to offer alternatives. Then, I was missing one item in my delivery. I contacted them and they tracked down the item and shipped it immediately. Packaging was also cute. I appreciate the customer service. I would shop with them again and recommend.

Lovely website; it was easy to navigate. The color of the head scarf was not as I anticipated; the blue is more turquoise. This is a gift, however, and my friend will surely appreciate and enjoy it!

My order didn't move for two weeks - according to the tracking function. I called Headcovers and the next day the order was on its way. Can't wait to receive it!!!

There should have been free shipping to Canada - and I have still not received my package so cannot yet comment on whether I received what I ordered. Thank you for following up for me.
