Considerate Agents/Prompt Telephonic Response

I had a problem with my renewal that lasted 8 days. Every agent I spoke with was kind, patient and tried their best to help me. Only the last agent gave me the advice that solved my problem. I have been a customer for years and I find the service to be worth the fee, but I hope the price hikes will slow down.
