Great experience with this company! We had a spring break on our garage door, rendering it inoperable. Unfortunately my husband didn’t look into the first company he called very well and they wanted to charge an insanely high amount in addition to charging us for new cables for the door. I told him we were not going that route and to look for another company for an estimate and he found HBA. They responded quickly and came out to give us a quote for new springs. Since our garage door is over 50 years old, we can’t use standard springs, but the price we were quoted was much more reasonable than the first company. We were also told that the cables were just dirty and didn’t actually need replacing, unlike the first place we dealt with. I’m so glad that my husband contacted HBA because they were honest, have very fair pricing and were a pleasure to work with. In a few years when we’re ready to replace our super old door, we will absolutely be giving HBA a call and using them for any of our future garage door needs!! I would absolutely recommend you support this small business and the great work they do!
