We met very experienced and helpful staff. Lots of patience too as we explored various options for a holiday destination. We left the shop having chosen a great holiday.

The staff at Hays travel West Kirby were extremely friendly and helpful. We are particularly grateful to Jodie who dealt with our booking and could not do enough for us, even finding our hotel and processing our booking.

The ladies in the West Kirby office were very helpful and leant over backwards to find something to suit me. I'm not sure that what I ended up with was what I had in mind - but that was my fault for not having a sufficiently clear idea of what I did and didn't want and being prepared to alter tack. I'll know better after I have taken my holiday. I though I had done my research but I focussed too narrowly on one solution. The booking process and the service (and the coffee fetched from a local cafe) were all great !

From my initial enquiry until booking the holiday, I have received excellent care and attention from Karyn at West Kirby.

There was a lot of too-ing and froo-ing due to me having to get accommodation for my cat, Karyn was patient and understanding.
