The staff were very customer focused and were very helpful from walking in the door. When we enquired about a specific holiday, Stacey compiled a great itinerary and when we had a concern about arriving at a hotel when there was no reception, she took it on board to find an alternative. The attention to detail was fantastic. Everything was sorted for us and we weren’t rushed. Service was excellent and we will be using Hays Travel again.

Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Megan the advisor. This is the second time i have had an opportunity to travel and on both occasions she has been exceptional her manner puts me at ease. She is a credit to your company.

I would recommend Hays travel, and do! To all family and friends. We have booked via Julia at Hays, the Galleries, Washington for many years now, be it a cheap and cheerful week away, to our special occasions such as our recent Caribbean cruise in February with Ambassador- Renaissance. Julia always makes us feel welcome, she is patient, good listener and trustworthy with the deals, choices and travel advice he offers.
As a result we have booked another cruise with Julia for August this year and another for May 2027, it took some time as we weren’t sure what we wanted, after a couple of weeks looking, yes that’s how good she is, we booked it. Julia and staff at Hays, The Galleries, Washington are a credit to the company. Well done.

Staff are so supportive. Listen to what you have to say and act upon it. Advise if there are other alternatives and so keen to do everything they can for you.

Lauren was very professional, very informative and made the booking a breeze. She explained everything we needed to know and was so helpful answering any questions we had. She made the whole booking experience very easy and enjoyable.

The staff, especially Talia, made the process of booking our eight week trip to India easy. While we needed to amend some of the details, on more than one occasion, the staff were able to accommodate our needs and suggest alternatives where what we had planned was not available. A great service that made the whole process seamless.

We saw an assistant called Tracey who was very good, she was very nice. We booked a holiday to Lanzarote for December 26 because the price was good we were there in December 25 and the price for this December was virtually the same.

Very well looked after by both Mary and Olivia at the washington branch in the galleries they really helped us find our perfect low cost getaway at a very reasonable price 5* service from the girls!
