Great in store booking experience
There were plenty of representatives working in store and therefore we had very little, if any waiting time before being called over to sit with Joanne. She had an excellent knowledge from memory of flight times to many destinations, as well as transfer durations and resoet facilities. Sje was able to find us a suitable holiday from very specific and rigid requirements.

Great Service as always.
As well as sorting our October holiday Joanne was able to advise us on guidelines regarding passport rules and also completed the new form necessary for certain airports with regard to people who have hidden disabilities.
Nothing is ever too much trouble and I would always recommend Hays at Washington as all of the staff are excellent.

The three advisors, Olivia, Julia and Nicole from the Washington galleries branch went above and beyond throughout the whole process of us booking our holiday, as some of our party have disabilities they all did Thier best in finding the right holiday for us, from the seating on the flights to the transfers to the hotel, nothing was too much trouble, AMAZING! 😎
