Great customer service
Always a pleasant experience when booking a holiday, Paul is always helpful and knowledgeable and offered some great advice when helping us to book a hire car .Got a great deal when buying currency and also had the option for them to buy back unspent money, wouldn't go anywhere else when booking a holiday, completely hassle free and you have peace of mind knowing you have got the best deal for you.

As always great service from Hays travel, they price matched the price I had found on line, although jet2 app had technical difficulties and was unable to book at that time, all my details were taken I had a phone call shortly after confirming my booking.

After been grounded for my 60th birthday due to covid in 2020 decided to book one of my bucket list destinations to celebrate my 65th this year so called to book yesterday with Paul.
