Natalie has the patience of a saint . We wanted our holiday to be something to remember and one of my destinations is on my bucket list.it took me time to decide but with great help all booked very excited.
I’ve used hays for about 20years and if I’ve ever had any problems it’s always been sorted by excellent staff .

We decided we wanted to join our son and daughter in law on a P&O cruise in October but they had booked ages ago so we weren't hopeful that it could be done but Hayes pulled the rabbit out of the bag and not only got us on it but managed to get us next door to them. We had a great experience booking our holiday with Louise at Hays Travel in Stockton. She booked our holiday for me and my husband, and the service was excellent from start to finish.
I wanted a deal that had already been taken down from the window, but Louise went out of her way to find it for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always happy to help.
She was friendly, cheerful, and positive throughout the whole process, which made everything easy and stress-free.
I would definitely book with Hays Travel again because of the great service we received from Louise. She’s a real credit to the team. Thank you!
