He asks good questions, listens, offers advice and alternatives until he finds exactly what we were looking for and then checks with us before booking a holiday. Great experience
James the manager at the st Anne’s office was great! He was super helpful with all my many questions and has managed to help us upgrade one of our rooms to a villa in Bali. Really excited to go and will definitely use him again for any future trips! Couldn’t recommend him enough!
