Phoned Hays travel up to book a holiday as we had a £400 voucher and the website wouldn't let us use it......spoke to Salina in Southampton who was superb......she booked the holiday for us and sorted the voucher out... thankyou Salina!

Went to Southampton branch today with loads of questions, thinking of booking a Cruise. We spoke to Zoe who was amazing, helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. As you can imagine we were back and forth, changing our minds, looking at different ships etc. Zoe was genuinely smiley, and helpful throughout. We left after booking our first cruise, not because of pressure or sales tactics, just amazing customer service and advice. Thank you Zoe.

Came out happy with another wonderful trip booked , and believe me I dont make it easy, wanted to seek information on a few choices.
