Went to book a few days for my wife’s birthday later this year .
Went to book a nice few days away for my wife’s 70th birthday.As usual all the staff were very pleasant, very welcoming and extremely helpful. Big thank you to Debbie for her help and assistance not only for this but for also sorting out our private transportation for our forthcoming vacation to Palermo .

Demi was very passionate about the task in hand. Although I had chosen where I wanted to be but, never having been before she went through what was in and around the resort so that I had the full picture and not just reliant of the written word. The whole process was straight forward and she was very understanding when I realised that I had forgotten my card to make payment and held onto the booking whilst I went and got it. The only negative is not about the staff and process which was first class but, I feel the shop needs a good make over it has been looking a bit wor/shabby for a number of years and being the only travel agent in the nook area it could be made to look more welcoming. Give the staff a nicer environment to work in, other shops are much more updated
