1st Cruise
We called into Hayes and spoke to Nicole about our 1st ever cruise and what we had seen online. Nicole was lovely and very accommodating and explained our options. After we left Nicole contacted us again about our options for coach travel as only available on the day we went in due to cruise in 37 days time. After work called in again and Nicole assisted us with booking and sorting out our Insurance. Nothing too much trouble and we kept her after closing time. Great service thank you Nicole

The staff are always happy to help you…
The staff are always happy to help you when you go in the store. I was able to book my plane tickets and chose my seat's i was also advised about currency and told to book it if I needed a large sum. I will always use Hays travel i find them most helpful.

Rebecca made us very welcome. We explained what we wanted and which hotel that we wanted to stay at.She then explained the diferent types of flights and hotel rooms that were available. She then arranged car parking at the airport. She answerd all of our questions. She was very good at her job.

Lovely travel agent, happy and chatty, always smiling.
Was happy to listen to what I wanted for our holiday and gave me exactly what we wanted. Was knowledgeable and very helpful when we needed the medical screening, she called them back to double check what they had said as I struggled to understand.
