Very very helpful friendly staff, this is my first solo holiday and was shown all the options of good places to travel to.
All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to book a holiday .

Amber was very polite and welcoming upon arrival and went above and beyond in helpfulness by contacting an outside agency and getting my membership numbers combined and confirmed to give me the best value for our booking she also continued to work on our booking when I had to go and updated me expeditiously. Amber was So friendly and helpful
Amber was So friendly and helpful. She checked several different places and costed them. She was amazing trying desperately to get us extra leg room as it’s a long flight and we’re pensioners . We also booked a Xmas break with her because she was very competent and didn’t mind that we were there for several hours. She answered all our questions and genuinely wanted us to get the best deal.well done amber and thank you so much.
