Sorry we have used many travel companies I believe in voting with my feet we won't be using them again.
Update Having spoken with the manager by telephone there was a previous misunderstanding with regards the problem. I am now much happier and would upgrade my review.

The perseverance of staff
The perseverance and good nature of staff when I only wanted to book a flight to France. It turned out to be very difficult, the Ryanair booking system is rubbish. I’d already tried for two days. The assistant offered coffee or a cold drink when the transaction became protracted.

Excellent booking handled Efficiently and with a great deal of knowledge
The experience was great as the lady who advised us on our chosen destination was very knowledgeable, she was very efficient and gave us options and advice which was very helpful.
Also it was very quick! She knew what we wanted and acted efficiently she sorted out our car parking also and arranged our currency.
We had everything printed out for us and all documents were handed to us in a travel folder!

We were greeted by Senem, lovely friendly lady who's professionalism and knowledge was second to none. She was very patient, exploring options with us, trying to get the best deal. We were informed and guided throughout the search and booking process. We were also informed of next stages of the forth coming holiday and advised to call in to discuss any other wants or wishes, should there be any.
Senem went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout the process and printed off our documents too, very helpful.
