My wife and I found the lady her name was Donna, who dealt with our holiday was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for her and she was never in a hurry to push us away.

As the Shanklin branch had all my details from previous holidays. I was able to book over the telephone. Teresa was extremely helpful explaining any questions I had. An e-mail arrived soon after detailing my booking.

Hays , shanklin branch on the Isle of Wight has a great team of people , very helpful ,and knowledgeable, just booked another trip with them (thanks Teresa) safe in the knowledge that I can just pop in if I have any queries regarding the trip, and I will be met with a smiling face and first class service.
