General all round easy to get the holiday booked

Had a lovely experience at Hays travel agency in Scunthorpe, we were greeted by a young gentleman called Cameron, he was very helpful in dealing with me and my elderly mother. He was very professional and polite. I am not very technical so after we had made the booking we downloaded the airlines app, he booked our seats and checked us in ready for our holiday in September. Nothing was too much of a problem, I’m not very technical so he helped us out greatly. I wish him well in his career and hopefully will see him next time in Hayes travel- Thankyou Cameron

Hays travel Scunthorpe is definitely worth a 5 star review. All the staff are amazing, greeting you the minute you walk in the door. Nothing is too much trouble and they know exactly what they are doing. Lisa, Sophie and Nicole ( the ones I have dealt with) are super friendly, caring and go through things with a fine tooth comb; no stone is left unturned until they get you exactly what you want. Their customer care is in abundance, giving call backs, seeing to the finer things and explaining everything to the last detail. I wouldn’t book with anyone else even if it were cheaper elsewhere as no amount of money saved is worth the reassurance and care these fantastic ladies provide.

As always booking with Hays so easy for us oldies staff so helpful every thing explained holiday booked and paid for many thanks.

The young lady (Holly ) looked after out needs. We only went in to enquire about a holiday and came out buying a cruise.. The young lady made it a very enjoyable experience.

Just a quick enquiry and was well pleased with our reception,spent a bit of time looking for our holiday,and booked there and then as was very pleased with the friendly and professional staff.

As always, Lisa is very informative!! All the staff are polite and friendly too. We've just been on our very first cruise and enjoyed it so much, we booked another 2 when we came home!!

I have used Hays since they took over the branch in Scunthorpe. The staff are always helpfull.
At one time I was actually at the airport and was advised that special help was not booked for us. I called the branch and the manager sorted it out straight away. It doesn't matter who you speak with they are all helpful. I have just booked my next river cruise with them for 2027 - can't wait.
