Jacob was brilliant
Jacob was brilliant. Very polite, patient, good to talk to, knowledgeable.
It was so good having someone that knew all the complexities of cruising, esp about booking an evacuchair and accessible cabin.
Booking a cruise for the 1st time is a minefield, so good to be guided through the process.
I spent ages contacting cruise companies, getting quotes and comparing cruises and in the end, the Fjords cruise he suggested did indeed turn out to be the best for our needs. Plus same price

Great travel Agents at Rustington
Chelsea was really excellent , helping my friend and I to find our 2027 holiday.
We went in to the shop with a Spanish holidwy in mind for the New Year, but we cdnt go there because , the hotel we
wanted wasnt available. We then decided Gran Canaria where my nieces are at the moment.Chrlsea was amazingly helpful! A lovely lady😀

I Have to say Alisa at Hays Travel Rustington went above and beyond to get us the best deal on booking our holiday, I’m quite nervous when it comes to flying Alisa was very understanding she pre booked our seats and I already feel a lot less anxious and am truly looking forward to our holiday.
