Hays Travel - Pickering Reviews 

Have just booked a holiday to Malaysia. Pickering branch's Caroline matched all requirements, hotels, flights (internal and long haul), and dates. And given a spread of dates, managed to get the cheapest option.
Just the normal multi star service from this branch!

The travel agents are polite, knowledgeable and willing to help work out a good holiday based on your requirements...We book our holiday through Hays every year. The agents do all the leg work you only need to be clear on what type of holiday you want.

Well after years of booking my jollies with Hays, I was was so nearly swayed to book with Spears travel Helmsley on this occasion. They kindly gifted me a free ballpoint pen. They nearly had me with that. But in the end I could not abandon the friendliness & professionalism of Hays Pickering branch. Usually book with the very professional Caroline, can't lie I was slightly disappointed to find her busy with another customer. However I found Katherine to be a more than capable alternative. She is certainly a lady who fulfilled all my needs and requirements and so looking forward to my next jolly.
