Helped us with the trip with nothing being too much trouble, even insofar as reviewing flights to suit us better.

Rebecca offered great CS & attention to detail along with listening to what we wanted from our trip & definitely went the extra mile for us.

Beverlyn offered excellent support.
Once she'd found an option for us to travel to Brussels to watch Sunderland, her comms were clear and concise. Ensuring we had the best deal for our budget.

What a lovely guy Joel is, we let him know what we want, he comes back with what he can do. No pressure and all from the comfort of our sofa. He even goes above n beyond, our last holiday we printed off our tickets with a massive A4 QR code, Joel came to the rescue dropping off printed copies to our house. Joel is an absolute credit to your company.

Just got back from a fabulous 10 days in Mallorca, the hotel was amazing and all down to Tracy Unsworth, the Hays Travel Rep, who arranged it all at such a short notice.

Mica made it very easy for me to book very polite considerate to my needs replied to me with information about my holiday, booking process was very easy to doie paying deposit within a couple of minutes had an email from mica saying it was all booked confirmed depoait any problems dont hesitate to ask

My partner and I haven't been on a cruise before and weren't sure how to plan it all or where to start. Tanya Southgate was so lovely and helpful. She was very informative and catered to our needs.
