I only popped in to do a bit of research before planning on coming in with my son at a later date. Cathy was so helpful and knowledgeable from the outset. Ended up booking our holiday on this visit. Also of note her professionalism should be commended as she was in work despite having fractured her arm the day before 😬😬
Keep coming back to this branch as am always happy with how easy it is to book a holiday that always pleases.

Helpful and professional and friendly
Helpful and professional and friendly. But I arrived after the office should have opened as advertised at 9.15am on Friday 17 July but a staff meeting was taking place and I had to stand outside at least 10 minutes until 9.35am before I was let in. Apologies were given but I felt I could at least have been offered a seat inside as I am 81.
