Hannah looked after us very well and helped sort our holiday.

Ella was very patient with our dithering over where we wanted to go. Once that was settled she found the hotel for us went through all aspects of our stay. Booked seats our on the plane. Went through all the fine print with us. Told us about the special rates on getting our money. She was overall very good will definitely seek her if we book again.

The hays travel rep was very helpful and took us through all the process very quickly
