Hays Travel - Newton Abbot Reviews 

I spoke to Fern right at the end of the day to book a holiday. I’d not been into the Newton Abbot shop or dealt with Hays Travel previously but Fern was so good. She listened and took all the information she needed. She even offered to take our details and check with our friends who were doing the same holiday to see if she could arrange for our bookings to be linked.
Overall she was organised and gave me all the information I needed and booked our holiday without any problem or fuss. Thank you so much.

Very helpful manger( Debbie) sorted our mini break away , for next year with easy . Going back to same hotel as this year and very good price .

Helpful, well-informed staff who showed patience as we discussed travel and accommodation options. A reasonable price, excellent support after booking, and their exchange rate for our spending money was the best I was able to find in my town. Mainly, it was reassuring and enjoyable to deal with a real person face-to-face when planning and booking our holiday to somewhere we had never been before!
