Aiden at the Livingston branch was very patient and helpful finding us the perfect destination when we told him my husband had a hip replacement so needed an hotel with a lift/ walk in shower and only 3 hour flight time,he even suggested and organised assistance for us at the airport.

Hays Travel in Livingston is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble and I have amended my booking a few times. Megan books most of our holidays and what a lovely girl she is. A real asset to Hays in Livingston. All the staff are hardworking, professional and have excellent listening skills. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Suzanne could not have been more helpful.She was so enthusiastic and at the same time appreciated that I'd had a stroke recently, so went through everything in detail, including assisting me with the Insurance lady on the phone. She put both of us at ease even to downloading paperwork so we could check everything carefully. She is an asset to your company.
