Staff again went above and beyond in finding our perfect holiday

We have just booked with Hays Travel for a family wedding and our travel agent Mason was amazing he was very professional, informative, nothing was too much trouble and had a great sense of humour 😀. We will definitely book again with Hays. Keep up the good work!

Upon entering the store we were greeted straight away and directed to a desk with an available Agent. The Agent was 💯 customer friendly, most helpful and most of all listened and assisted with covering different options to make sure we were happy with our final choice. Nothing was too much trouble.
