Booking cruise with Ann Marie in Hove Store
We went into Hays Travel in Hove to book a river cruise, we have never been on a cruise at all so we saw Ann Mari and she was brilliant answering questions we asked she made us feel so relaxed so we booked our cruise that we wanted. We would certainly go into this store again if we wanted to book another holiday

Polly was very interested in the trip we were planning to take. Nothing was too much trouble and she gave a few helpful tips from her trip to Venice. Polly gave good advice and ensured our flights gave as much time in the city as possible. Cannot fault the effort and time that was given to us. Will now make this our travel agent of choice

Buy back cost added without permission.
Changed a couple hundred euros at Hays Travel money and was charged £3.95 buyback without asking for it or being given option. I noticed this only after I got home. Not impressed to have this hidden charge - unfair really.

Personal expertise beats the internet every time
Joanne was excellent at helping us visit Madeira. She spent several hours finding us the right hotel close to the town. She also pointed out that my partner’s passport needed renewing. We could .have lost the cost of our holiday if we had tried to travel with a passport due to expire in under 3 months.
