Went in Hempstead store 1st aug, saw Emma, she really put herself out to find some where in Cyprus to suit our needs, wasn’t able to come up with anything in store, when I contacted her in the afternoon she gave some options and found the flight times we were after, we have now booked with her, I was so impressed with her she was friendly and knew what she was doing, thank you Emma
