Hays Travel - Dalton Park Reviews 

Having visited Hay's Travel at Dalton Park previously, I decided to return to the store to arrange a holiday. Kimberley had tried to arrange a cruise for us previously and her patience in checking that everything the customer wants is catered for, is second to none. After probably 40 - 50 minutes we booked a holiday that was well priced, went from a local airport with the airline I wanted and was in a resort that Kimberley knew well. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole process including airport hotel and parking was easy. She provided a 1st class service.

Caitlin listened carefully to our requirements, and booked our holiday with a lovely positive attitude. We were given plenty of time to consider our options, and we given great advice, with input and help from another agent as well. I always feel well looked after by Hays Travel and their knowledgeable staff.

The service we received Caitlin was exceptional nothing was too much trouble she went above and beyond to find us the best deals and choices we could get. She answered all our questions and went out of her way to find the information she didn’t have herself couldn’t of asked for a better service from her.
