The staff in the Consett branch are always so helpful and have a smile on their face when you walk through the door. Mia helped us book a holiday in a resort that had been recommended to us by a friend. She helped us make an informed decision about our hotel choice and additional information about the resort. Great customer service as always which is why we always go back.

The staff of Consett branch of Hayes are always amazing. They are knowledgeable about the holidays they sell and work as a team to help each other. We booked another cruise holiday with them on Saturday.

2026 travel
We have booked holidays on line on occassions but my last 2 bookings for Feb 2026 & May 2026 we have booked through Consett branch.
The staff have all been amazing, even checked us in online to enable us to do twighlight check in.
The girls have emailed hotels for advice and requests and also supported us to upgrade room after we had booked.
I also received a courtesey call on return from Feb holiday from manager Amanda that I thought was a lovely touch. I will definetly be using Hays travel for our future travel 🤩
