We met with Geraldine. She was friendly, helpful and made us feel relaxed and listened to. I use an electric wheelchair and Geraldine showed an understanding of the issues I might encounter on holiday and was also was interested in my previous experiences. She was able to give us first hand recommendations and advice. We ended up booking both a cruise and a Majorca holiday from her.
