Andrew at the Bromsgrove branch was very knowledgeable and sorted everything. Very pleased.

Not rushed took time to discuss what I wanted and really helpful with what requirements there are for the holiday. It's so good to be able to have an actual face to face experience and conversation there's too much pressure to do everything on line or even over the phone .

From the moment we entered the door nothing was any trouble for all the staff. Very professional and everybody had a smile. We got sorted in no time booked and paid for a holiday all sorted just as we wanted. Mind you we do come here every year for both our holidays each year.

I tried to book my flights on line which turned into a nightmare.

I went to my local Hays Travel and everything was all sorted, booked and paid for in about 10 minutes.

The staff was very helpful, listened to my requirement and was able to help in a very efficient kindly manner.

I will never try and book flights myself again, but always use my local Hays Travel (Bromsgrove).

I went into Hayes travel to enquire about flights from Birmingham to Dublin in July as I plan to visit a good friend there for a few days.
Hannah was the lady who helped me she was very friendly and was very efficient, she very quickly gave me some options to consider. I returned another day to explore more options & again Hannah was very informative. After confirming the details with my friend I was then able to phone and book the flights over the phone the following day. I received an email/receipt straight away,so I was impressed

Natalie Head took the time to listen to my requirements for a holiday as I have not travelled overseas for many years. She found me a great holiday that’s only a 2 hour flight & a 10 min transfer. I can’t wait for my holiday☀️
