This branch has the most friendliest helpful staff ever. Nothings a problem
We only went in to get some dollars and ended up booking a luxury holiday to Maldives. Thank you so much to Laura for all her help. She made our booking seamless.

The GIrl who helped us was very professional but really nice and helpful. She listened to what we required and made sure we got the things we asked for. She arranged for me to have help in the airport and transport to the hotel. On the whole she was great. We spoke to one of the other girls she was also very helpful

This is the third time we we have use Hays within the last year and we have had great service every time, it was Michaela that booked our first holiday so when we go in it is Michaela we go to, all the staff are very helpful and you can see that they work well as a team, if is just that we are old school and if we get someone that has helped us and we like to deal with them we tend to go to them all the time, it was cruise that we were looking at and Michaela has a great knowledge of cruising, what I like is that she will show you photos that she has taken on her phone of the ship/cruise that you are looking at so that show me that she knows what she is talking about as she has been on that cruise, it is a good around shop.
