Very efficient, but the shop was very uninviting needs some background music or something. Felt like I was in a morgue not a holiday shop.

Although disappointing my 1st choice holiday was unavailable, Jasmine was extremely helpful to me in sourcing a suitable replacement holiday & the booking airport parking..excellent...

pleasant lady looked on line to get the sort of trip I wanted. One I could not find online that was not too expensive. She came up with a great holiday to Salzburg at a good price.
