Great experience
We were undecided where to go for our first holiday abroad with our 4 year old. Izzy was very patient and looked at all of our suggestions, looking for the best price and for different days of travel to see what difference to the cost this would make. We eventually decided on Disneyland Paris. Izzy was super knowledgeable and gave recommendations as to where we should book to have our meals. Overall our experience was great and we will definitely be using Hays travel in the future.

Felt completely at ease from the first minute

Successful holiday booking
The travel agent searched for my preferred travel dates and locations and provided me with some print outs. After discussing with my travel partner, I returned to Hayes Travel and the agent was able to book our holiday for me. Polite and helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere in the Agency. Advice given re: pre holiday need to know advice and currency advice.
