Bought some pouches that are ripping before use.
Emailed customer service who said I need to put each on aside out of the 5 packs I ordered and send to them to get it corrected which is a joke like I'm going to keep 30+ open nic salt pouches lying around.
They are emailing marketing rubbish daily, despite the fact I have unsubscribed twice !

Wrong Item Delivered and Customer Service Refused to Help”
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After placing an order, the item I received was incorrect. When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, they were unhelpful and unwilling to listen or take responsibility. Instead of offering a solution, they ignored my concerns and made the process frustrating.
This level of poor customer service is unacceptable. Customers expect basic support when something goes wrong, but this company fails to provide it. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing, as resolving issues appears to be extremely difficult.
Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience.
