'Heirloom Fair Legal' - Aggressive Abusive Cold Call
I have just had the rudest, most aggressive and abusive cold call from somebody purporting to work for this company who actually started arguing then escalating to full on shouting over me and at me when I said that I did not ask for his phone call, how did he get my number in the first place, and to delete my number. I am thoroughly shocked at the extreme obnoxiousness and the abusive intrusion into my day including the bare-faced lie of the suggestion that I asked for the call. What a disgusting company and disgusting employees. How is this type of business allowed to operate?
I’ve repeatedly asked this company to…
I’ve repeatedly asked this company to remove my details from their call list regarding alleged “miss-sold car finance” claims. Despite multiple requests, I continue to receive several unsolicited calls every day.
This behaviour feels intrusive and borders on harassment. A legitimate firm should respect clear opt-out requests and handle personal data responsibly.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious.
If you’re experiencing similar persistent calls, consider reporting them to the relevant authorities (such as the ICO or TPS in the UK).

Waited 3 years for a data breach claim against a housing association to be resolved, only to then be told we had no chance of success. Dragged on for years with occasional vague updates and a pathetic outcome.
Liam and Connor
Liam and Connor,
Both these guys kept me in the loop through out my case, helped explain everything to me when I needed further clarification due to my dyslexia they called up and helped me through everything even emotionally not allowing me to get upset with the rubbish that would be thrown back at us, thanks boys for helping me through a hard time and getting me heard so this don’t happen again , love this company will use them everytime if I ever have to.
Diligent and professional
Liam Grady handled our case with professionalism and care. This was particularly difficult as my husband was terminally ill and time was running out. Liam pushed very hard and kept us in the loop at all times. The company concerned really dragged their heels but Liam did not give up. Pushing forward with our best intentions at all times. We are delighted our case was successfully resolved and a very decent settlement was made. I would highly recommend this company and particularly Liam.
Waste of time
Waste of time, several months and they just ignore you, I have emailed them many times asking for an update but they don't respond
Absolutely Outstanding Service ✨ Highly Recommend!
I approached Hayes Connor Solicitors several years after a data breach by my landlord, with only six to seven months remaining before the expiry of the time limitation period for initiating litigation.
Despite the time pressure, they kindly took on my case without hesitation. From start to finish, the service I received was absolutely outstanding.
My case was handled by Benjamin and Erin, who were nothing short of amazing. They kept in touch with me at every stage, involved me in all key decisions, and ensured I understood every step of the process. I was never left in the dark, they were always clear, patient, and professional on the phone. If there was anything I didn’t fully understand, they responded quickly and explained it thoroughly. Their communication and support were second to none.
My child was also affected by the data breach, and Benjamin and Erin showed genuine care by ensuring my child was included in the claim, received appropriate compensation, and was thoughtfully considered throughout the entire process.
Overall, the case took around a year to reach a resolution, mainly due to delays on the defendant’s side. However, Benjamin and Erin’s dedication never wavered. They remained consistent, responsive, and encouraging, even when I felt discouraged or overwhelmed. Their professional advice and reassurance helped me stay focused, and I always felt I was in capable hands.
Thanks to their hard work, I was able to secure a settlement I wouldn’t have achieved without their help. I am beyond grateful for everything they have done for me and my family.
I genuinely give Hayes Connor Solicitors five stars across the board ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I highly, highly recommend them to anyone seeking strong legal representation in a data breach matter. Their compassion, professionalism, and persistence made all the difference, and I can’t thank them enough 😊
Time wasters - avoid and use a more professional company
Avoid these time wasters. Harras you via emai to fill in the questionnaire they sent after a phone call saying they can deal with the claim. Then after all information sent ,they responded with, we can't deal with your claim as we're no longer dealing with individual claims. Absolute lies

Faultless service and support from Erin
I found Erin at Hayes Connor to be extremely efficient, patient, professional and supportive throughout our process. The communication was excellent and, at every stage, we were treated with respect. Erin was happy to explain things I didn't understand and quickly made me feel she was someone trustworthy. Thank you, Erin, for the excellent service you provided. I would definitely recommend the company to others based on our experience with you.
