Just had my Yamaha x max in for a professional valet well what can I say an amazing job put hundreds of pounds on value I was absolutely shocked it was my bike when rode it into work people thought I had bought a new bike they say you can’t polish a turd well Hayballs bike valet can get it done you will be amazed well done

Tony sells bikes

Went in after work, just having a look around, knowing I'd need a bike in the next few weeks. It just so happens they had the perfect bike for me that hadn't even been put up for sale yet!

I spoke briefly with Tony after having a look around. He was extremely helpful, figuring out payment options, organizing delivery—absolutely everything was taken care of for me! They couldn't make buying a bike any easier!

The reason hayballs are the best

i realised my chain was lose i had a sticky throttle and my bar and grip weights wouldn't go on, i took it down to hayballs and within 20 minutes she was back with me with not only a tightened chain but a clean one weights where put on the handle bars and no more sticky throttle. For those that say don't use hayballs your a bunch of clowns ashame i can only put 5 starts and they only charged me £30 i would recommend hayballs till the day i die ⭐️👍🏼

a shame all you can do is 5 starts because gary the top fella deserves more than 5 starts my cbr engine blew up not to long ago and he had it running and in mint condition a few days later top man gary any problems with your bike i'd only reccomend gary and his team ❤️!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER USE HAYBALL CYCLES IN SALISBURY! The manager Graham and the team are rude and unhelpful. I brought my electric scooter in for a simple tyre replacement as they were local experts. They were happy to help as they work with eclectic bikes and promised a 3 day fix. They managed to bend the brake disc, ruin the battery and not fix the tyre making it dangerous and un-roadworthy? After a further 6 visits they decided that they no longer wanted to help and refused any refund ?. No apology or attempt to amend the problem. You have been warned! Avoid them and use a more professional company.

Incorrect product: Our business is Hayball Motorcycles Ltd. We sell and maintain motorcycles and not electric scooters. We hold no claim whatsoever as an expert in electric scooters.
Incorrect manager's name: Our manager's name is Gary. The other staff members are Henry, Tony, James, Josh, and Denise.
You are not recognised: We have no customers on our database that share the name you have given in the review, either partially or wholly.
We have not done the work you claim: We have no workshop appointments booked in any name for fitting tyre/s on any electric vehicle.

Despite attempts to request your information via Google and Trust Pilot to try and identify you and the experience you claim to have had with us, unfortunately, you have chosen not to respond.

However, if you can provide the vehicle registration number to hayballmotorcycles@gmail.com so we can identify you and your vehicle we would be happy to investigate further.

Very helpful staff

Very helpful staff Denise, Henry and Gary.
Good advice and service.
I had great difficulty fitting a battery to a Royal Alloy GP200.
On advice I ordered the one the scooter manufacturer had originally supplied and after talking to Gary managed to fit it - (not easy).
Also, an excellent range of Royal Enfield.

Booked my bike in for a service and…

Booked my bike in for a service and MOT, spoke to Ashley on the service desk who was very helpful in answering my questions and getting me a suitable day and time slot. Saw him again when I dropped the bike off and he took down details of a problem with the gears I was having for review during service. Left the bike to go into town and Ashley contacted me by text later on to let me know the bike was ready. I was still concerned about my gear change issues and rang Ashley back who arranged for some extra testing to be done to check things out, which was much appreciated. Communication was excellent, and I was kept updated. Very helpful and thoughtful customer service, many thanks.

Highly recommended

I’ve bought three motorcycles from Hayballs, with ongoing mechanical servicing too - very satisfied with their responsive customer service and prices. Highly recommended.

Great Customer Service and care

I was really impressed by the help I received this afternoon from Ash at Hayball Motors. I rang for advice on how to contact Autoprotect and to find a local garage so my son could get his bike fixed under warranty. Ash contacted them on our behalf and rang back promptly with contact details for us and talked me through the whole process. I was really impressed with his customer care and good communication - especially as it was late on a Friday afternoon. I would recommend this company.

Fantastic service

After being knocked off my Honda forza through no fault of my own i was stuck between a rock and a hard place.
My insurance company advised me that i should buy a new bike asap as my courtesy bike hire would run out.
So... The hunt began there was no way that i could purchase a new bike locally as the earliest they could get one was end of January into February.

This was not an option for me as i need my bike to commute to work daily, luckily i came across Hayball motor cycles whilst searching the Internet, i gave them a call and spoke to one of the sales staff (Tony) who informed me that they had a Sym joymax z+ in stock.
so to cut a very long story short i communicated with Tony over the next two days and he did everything humanly possible to help me out of the fix i was in and my bike was delivered to me today by a gentleman whose name i did not get but was also so very helpful and informative.
I can Highly recommend Hayball motorcycles and i would deal with them again in the future.
Thank you so much to the whole team.

Don’t buy used from this dealer.

Bought a 6 year old Yamaha YBR Custom that was supposed to have been refurbished. The price certainly suggested it had been. Part of the exhaust trim was incorrectly fitted - okay - easy fix. 4 weeks after buy the sprocket carrier bearing failed. After arguing, Hayball grudgingly accepted that they would cover under warranty, but that I would have to collect the bike (the AA could return it to them) after they had repaired it as they weren’t prepared to deliver to me. I live an hour and a half away so it would have cost me god knows how much by public transport to get to them. Stripped the back wheel myself. Yes the sprocket bearing had gone and I could see why - no sprocket axle spacer and, very weirdly, an additional wheel bearing. Given the price I paid I could have expected someone to at least have the back wheel off and check the bearings, rubbers etc. It’s about a 30 minute job for me, so very easy for them. Won’t buy from these again - and definitely wouldn’t recommend buying second hand.
Update: Just thinking about this, Hayball had replaced the rear sprocket so the back wheel must have come off. The cush rubbers were a bit old so the sprocket carrier dropped out quite easily. If this happened when they changed the sprocket they would have had a clear view of what the problem was. So, it’s either incompetence or dishonesty. Take your pick.

I recently went to Hayball Motorcyles…

I recently went to Hayball Motorcycles without an appointment as I needed some advice due to my Yamaha Fazer 1000 had an intermittent electrical problem. Even though the mechanics were very busy they kindly found the time to look at my bike while I waited and discovered that I had a faulty regulator rectifier. They did not have one in stock ( they even checked old spares boxes and similar bikes), however after much of their time one was located on the internet with quick delivery which was essential because I was going on a bike tour in four days time. They still helped to solve the issue even though I was not able to spend my money with them. This service was way beyond my expectations and I am very grateful.
A great family business with true customer service values.
