I was looking for a jacket for weekend wear, I typed in hawkshead into Google pleased I did excellent choices of jackets with very good prices. I bought a jacket from them excellent service and very quick delivery. The jacket is perfect you just need a base layer and polo shirt under the jacket, warm and cosy, ideal for shopping trips or walks in countryside.good length.I will be looking at the Hawkshead for any more offers.

Nice quality but the shorts are not tapered at the knee as on the marketing photo, instead a bit baggy at the knee. Disappointed!

Placed order. Chased after 4 days because I had heard nothing. Only to be told it will take a further 3 to 5 days from dispatch to be sent. After the phone call I received notification it had been dispatched and that it could be tracked on Hermes-Europe. There is no record of the order on the Hermes system. Really disappointed as the item will arrive too late for my daughter who is travelling to Uganda tomorrow. Every other supplier I have contacted recently have dispatched same day or following day. Really unimpressed and will not use this supplier again.

Ordered myself a new Craghoppers jacket. Great price and arrived within 48 hours which was a surprise as I only went for their standard delivery.

Bought a gents jacket at our local store but when we got home we found items (dog poo bags, handkerchief conkers) in the pockets as well as the labels having been cut out - every indication that this was a second hand or returned item. When we took it back there was no apology, no real concern for what happened and certainly no attempt to make me as a customer feel as though our grievance was being listened to. One of our worst ever customer experiences especially considering the lady dealing with us was the shop manager.

Fantastic service! Very easy ordering using PayPal, competitive prices and order tracking- which is what you'd expect when paying for delivery but sadly not given by many. The delivery time was unbelievably fast. Very happy customer!
