Delivery of orders
We order frequently from Hawesko and recently the delivery partners were a disappointment.
We just now (fairly late in the evening) received an order and the driver dropped off the parcels in front of our gate on wet ground when it was snowing.
He didn’t wait to offer carrying them in but jumped in his van and disappeared before I made it outside. Just don’t think that’s adequate, esp as the packaging isn’t that robust from Hawesko so that I ended up carrying in bottles individually as I was worried the packaging wouldn’t hold now it got wet.
