We did a full renovation of our house and installed Havwoods flooring throughout the house. The initial installation looked good but we have had a lot of issues with the flooring most notable in the kitchen area. These floorboards do not handle any moisture and stain very easily. When we contacted the technician, he was the most unhelpful and arrogant person that I have ever dealt with. The floors have deteriorated very poorly and there is no point in us engaging with Havwoods again as their customer service is terrible.

We purchased an engineered wood floor and immediately after installation it started to delaminate if made damp with even a minor spillage.
We called out their tech guy who did a moisture test (inconclusive) and claimed it could only be caused by flood damage.
Their own approved installer who did the original install told us that the factory in Poland sometimes have a glueing issue with the ends of the blocks and we claimed the blocks were from a defective batch such was the delamination issue.
We only asked them to supply a modest quantity of new blocks and we offered to re install at our cost but the tech guy was awkward and determined to fob us off.
We are a commercial fit out company and used their approved installer who was good but they were so poor in their response and unreasonble with the defective product complaint that we would not recommend proceeding with Havwoods without caution, and no not rely on their "guarantee"or integrity. We were deeply unsatisfied with their response.

Great customer service, great products! Highly recommend Havwoods. Everyone has been super helpful along the way. The team in the showroom were were great with the decision-making process and the sales team were really speedy to reply to any queries. Quick delivery and floor looks amazing.

We chose Havwoods engineered wooden floors for our entire house as part of a major renovation. The quality of the flooring is exceptional. The result is stunning and far exceeded our expectations. The Havwoods team at the showroom in Carnforth were brilliant and helped us make the right decisions for our project. Aftercare service was also amazing as we needed to source some extra trim due to other works and this was arranged and delivered immediately. I can’t recommend Havwoods enough.

I have enjoyed working with Havwoods for the past 3 years on a number of projects. The Chelsea Team, specifically Mark and Danielle are superb, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They are always willing to assist and makes the process a delight. I highly recommend anyone to use them.

Havwoods is a FANTASTIC company I was looking at Acoustic Panels s o I coyld put my TV on the Chimney Breast in my home ...nothing is Standard Size in my home...but eventually I was recommended HAVWOOD by a friend..They had the length of panel I wanted 3000mm and also got in touch within 24 Hours a wonderful person called LOIS from Customer Service was really helpful getting my measurements and confirming how much wood I would need, Once I got back to my installer, ordering and delivery was a breeze, within 24 hours of ordering, and I changed the day, which they accommodated me easily ..Delivery was pretty much an all day thing as another company does this, however the company called, driver called on the day, and unloading was easy. The company is more known for its beautiful flooring, but do door Acoustic Panels which are in demand at present the product is Superb Quality and looks great, both my wife said oh my God WOW, once up as it transformed our living space. The panels can be put up with adhesive or on battons attached top the wall, instructions are easy to follow. Oh I was sent samples in less than 12 hours after my first enquiry..free and they looked exactly like the panels I eventually got three days later. Thank HAVWOODS I will not hesitate to use or recommend you based on my experience...Hoping I can put a picture up to show the product. Order number 194882

Amazing quality. I also had a little inconvenience with one box and they kindly replaced it without any additional charges, which shows great focus on customer satisfaction. Strongly recommend it.

The herringbone wood flooring looks great. I needed to get extra flooring and glue for the next day. Sarah at Havwoods sorted it all out very quickly. Very pleased with the service.

The chelsea shop had extremely helpful staff. They helped me choose from many Samples, even letting me take a big board home overnight. It was a huge help seeing it on a large scale.

The service and delivery was on schedule, which takes away alot of the stress when you are doing a building project.

I would definitely use Havwoods again on my next project.
