Do not order cigars online!!!
Today I received my order from you. The cigars I ordered came in a box with holes and the cigars were just put in with some paper between them. This is not how you pack cigars to send. You might not like the idea of putting a small boveda pack in, but you can at least put them in a ziplock bag as a bare minimum, so the cigars do not lose quality on their way to your customers. Why do you charge 49kr. for delivery if you will just throw the cigars naked in paper box with holes?

The four cigars you bought were all wrap in plastic each. They don't go bad from being shipped overnight or 2-3 days. What you want me to do is put plastic around plastic?
You are welcome to buy a boveda which we can attach next time. Just write that you want it open and included with the cigars.
You ask why we charge DKK 49 for shipping. This is of course because we are shipping it. It will be free if you picked it up at the store yourself.
Fast service and quality product
I called first to inquire about the Laguiole wine opener and the person on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful. The item came in the mail within a few days and is a beautiful piece and of high quality.
