New member. So far so good.

I am recently more conscientious of how terrible it is to buy something, wear it once or twice, then let it get old in my closet. For this reason I decided to check our HauteTrader. I am so happy that I did. I made a trade for a new Elizabeth and James jacket and then got my points too. I haven’t yet decided what to get with them yet. I will definitely refer friends.

Corrupt scam artists, untrustworthy! They are thieves. Do NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANKING INFO!!! A very corrupt site run by miserable women, mainly Arianna Goldstein. They get your banking information and they will keep pulling "fees" out. when you call them on it, they apologize and return your money but they will keep doing it here and there. They are currently being sued by many former users who they have scammed. BEWARE!!!!!!

Don’t waste your time, they confiscate points at anytime and no one sends items for points anyways. Rogue company

I highly recommend HauteTrader - I no longer use consignment because I can now just swap my fashions on HauteTrader
I have been a member of HauteTrader since their beta launch last year. I have seen tons of growth on the platform. The team behind the company is very responsive and all of my customer service requests were answered in a timely manner. I have made two trades using items for items, and I have made two trades using the Haute-Points for items. I love the idea of the site.

I earned my Haute-Points simply for completing my other trades. So outside of the trade-fee (which included shipping and handling) I received two designer dresses for free.

My only complaint is that I missed my first delivery because the site requires that you sign for all package deliveries. This was a nuisance because I did not want to go the post office to pick up my delivery after work... BUT it is a good nuisance because if my item had been left on my doorstep there is a possibility that it would have been stolen.
So all in all, I am very happy with my HauteTrader experiences and I highly recommend this website.

I love designer fashions and HauteTrader allows me to trade with women across the country with similar taste. HT preserves my fashion investment and style. Kudos HauteTrader!!!

I have a Chloé bag that I’ve never worn and I don't think I really will. It's a beautiful brown leather Chloé Marcie mini bag and the tags are still on it. I think I've probably worn it once. I decided to check out Haute Trader to see what my options were for getting rid of it. My bag was accepted as a tier 4 designer bag. I noticed the premium trading protection and took advantage of it. It was the best way to make sure that I was trading my designer bag as safely as possible. Haute Trader made me feel really safe and comfortable. I would definitely use this service again.

I love HauteTrader and I have made many nice trades so far... I also love gaining the currency, HautePoints! BUUUTTT, the filter and browse is annoying as hell and it seems that many members do not understand that it is a designer fashion TRADE-ONLY website. They don't seem to understand that it's not normal resale and that the site resolves around trading and the currency. On a few occasions, I have received HautePoints and been so excited to spend them and then... opps! I meet someone who doesn't have any clue what they are. Just read the damn directions lol. Otherwise, I truly love HauteTrader and I hope to have more great trades with them... PS: They need to get an app ASAP and refine the user experience so that the site usage is more enjoyable. Otherwise, I highly recommend the site and love the concept.
