Very good customer service from Megan when we had a faulty travel cot. Replacement sent promptly (which was unfortunately broken when we received it) but then sent another. If only all companies dealt with problems in this way.

I am unhappy with my Hauck High Chair Alpha+. The chair is hard to clean after use and the velcro harness is unsafe for use.
We also purchased the additional plastic tray attachment which is way overdesigned and even harder to clean that the wooden tray it is supplied with.
In summary I don't think they test their products thoroughly and I don't think this is a good buy for a young and busy household.

Hauck is a terrible company never buy anything from them. It 'll Be bad quality and thier customer service agents will laugh at you. I bought thier pram , iy fell apart, yet I was blamed for it. They 'll injure a child with that shopper six they sell
I purchased a "Dream n play" cot for my grandson. After about 6 uses one of the arms would not click to form a stable side.
Rang customer service yesterday, Megan said they would send a replacement, which arrived a day later.(today)
What service, no dispute just dealt with it.
They do not deal with customers in any level. One of the wheel came of during using, because the metal piece they provided was not strong enough. I asked for replacing the piece, never get one. Now the biggest problem is that the plastic is not strong enough in the back wheels and when I use the break they break out, now not many left, so the break not working properly. This stroller is not safe for any children and should not be sold .
I bought a pram from this company and it was really bad quality - just fell apart. When I called to complain the manager was totally rude and just laughed at me. Terrible and distressing experience. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
