Regardless of the fact that I ordered and it arrived 50 days later, and not all items, and one item was delayed for a whole week, I was surprised that they added extra weight to a product that I weighed and also on the product’s official website the weight is less, and I called them and they continued arguing and they also told me that there is an additional fee of 10 percent added to the weight!! This is the first time I’ve heard this information from them!!

Excellent service, order took a little too much time to be delivered but product arrived in perfect condition. And service fees not too high. All in all ,very nice company.

Didn't bring the order

They took my money, said they'd have my order in a month then disappeared. When i contacted them after over 5 weeks they said they wanted double the amount. When i asked them for a refund they disappeared again. They say they've tried to contact me but have yet to receive a call, email, sms or even some note through the website. It's been over 7 weeks since i ordered and i still haven't received my item or refund yet.

Orders can only be paid once, or ask Customer Support on Facebook to cancel the order.
You should always contact Customer Support on Facebook to know if they received the payment for your order or not.
