The bra is beautiful and works. It looked flimsy to me but fit perfect and was very comfortable

They are crooked as hell. The pitures are nothing like the shirts received. They are a phot on a sweat shirt. Ugly pure trash. And wont honer the return. America stop buying from China. Should have know better.

Incorrect size sent. Do not buy from this company.
Did not honor return shipping promise. Offered only vouchers for less than half the cost of I paid. Told my bank the were closing business.

The bras I bought ended middle of my midriff and rolled up and pushed my middle into a large roll. Asked 3 times for a refund and they want me to order a different bra with a $30 coupon. It is difficult to make a return.

I ordered two of their bras because the ad was so good on youtube. What an idiot I am to believe youtube ads! The bra is very lacey and comfortable, but it rides up! It won't stay down where it belongs and the next thing you know, the "cups" are up under your neck! Yikes! Worse than worthless as a bra. Now when I asked for a refund, they offer $4 and a $30 discount on more worthless products...

The bras are very comfortable and quite pretty. They don't poke me or hurt my shoulders. I don't just use them for daytime wear, but keep one as a sleep bra, because it's so comfy under my pajama top. I hand-wash them, gently shape them, and hang them up to dry. Very easy in every way.

These bras are the most comfortable I’ve ever had. Nowhere sticks into my flesh ,they are smooth, supporting me perfectly. I’m so pleased I discovered them.

Response. Now please send us another beige bra 4x for my wife to replace the one that creeps up on her.

The bras are a comfortable, soft non wired design avoiding tight seams and it's very hard to find this in ordinary shops. However, underwear items need to fit very well for movement but returning items is very problematic and expensive and involve further payments for postage both of returned and replacements.

I have dealt with the company many times and will do again as i like the bras and the delivery takes about three weeks unfortunately this time i ordered the wrong size they explained that to return them would cost a lot as they are in China .so l will have to order some more my own fault.

They treated me respectfully & tried to replace the bras that didn't fit. I do think they ran small. The quality is good though

This company has excellent customer support. I had difficulties with my order and when I emailed them they responded within a few hours helping me resolve my problem. Very kind and courteous! Every company should be this responsive to its customers!

The products are cheap and do not withstand being washed. Most annoying is that they make you pay for return shipping to China and offer you a voucher for 50% of what you originally paid to get the correct size or simply make a return. The people in customer service speak very harshly to the customers via email and try to bargain and talk down to customers. They have no idea how to deal with the world outside China.

I feel scammed. Size is grossly inaccurate. At best the XL and 2XL was an A cup. It sagged, looked awful, did not fit. They offered a $5 refund with a $30 coupon for other products from them? There was a gaslighting email reply about how not all bodies are the same or a perfect fit. Asked if actually asked me if I'd rather resell it myself? Have to pay S&H to return and they won't offer a return label or give an address to return to. Email is only way to contact. I am a normal 40 C. Finding bras has never been an issue. I am not an abnormal size person. Scam. $57 in the garbage. Don't buy.
