I purchased a used Range Rover Evoque from Hatfield’s in Liverpool. The level of deception deployed in order to get a sale was mind blowing and it continued long after sale. No second key (the spare is kept elsewhere for security reasons .....lie!) car was sold with full service history (lie!) and it took me 3 weeks to obtain it, only to find that the first service was done at 43,000 miles by them. I was told that the sat nav had been digitally updated (lie..... it’s a USB and costs around £140 so hadn’t been done). There were 2 faults and a update in the computer system which hadn’t been addressed.... so hadn’t it actually been serviced at all???
The whole experience when collecting the car was also disappointing, the car was poorly valeted and, despite having driven 6.5 hrs to collect, I was kept waiting 3.5 hours before I was able to drive away, without even the offer of a cup of tea.
Had a refund but was left severely out of pocket and without a vehicle. Not to mention this was a 50th birthday present which went back the day before my birthday.... so they ruined that too! Avoid this dealership like the plague

I have recently been looking to purchase a new vehicle and found myself in Hatfields Jaguar Sheffield. The service that Alexander Osborne provided the second that we walked into the door was unrivalled by any other dealership. The service was consistent throughout my decision making process with Alexander always going the extra mile by sending video clips of the car etc -
Sales but not in a pushy way, just extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Alexander is extremely conscientious and a credit to this dealership. I will be more than happy to recommend Hatfields Jaguar to anyone I know.
Jaguar Wakefield always excellent from purchase to service. Excellent communication. Highly recommended.
Purchased a brand new Volvo V40 at Bury Hatfields in November 2019, my sales manager was Chris.
I was very impressed with Chris, he was very informative, and explained everything I needed to know, he kept me up to date right the way through to collection of my new car, and he smelt really nice!
I would highly recommend Volvo at Bury.
I had a puncture on my car during a long journey between Scotland and England. Another garage had said it couldn't be repaired, and i couldn't find a replacement tyre anywhere. But Hatfields Liverpool not only repaired the original, but valeted the car and gave me a full charge (it's electric) at a very reasonable price. Great service all round.
Hatfields Volvo Bury
No chance of going to the gym for second day on the trot due to very poor service by Volvo Hatfields Bury.
Never giving them my custom again. My car has had 7 years of services here.
Yr 1 Lost my car key! My car had to stay in the garage overnight blocking in by other cars to prevent it being stolen.
Yr 2 OK
Yr 3 OK
Yr 4 Car kept overnight for failed MOT. The Volvo did not have a rear brake light in stock for my Volvo! How can you not have that in stock?
Yr 5 Did not do all jobs required (I asked them to check tailgate strut but they didnt bother).
Yr 6 Full service but they didnt bother to collect until 11.30 so they could not do full service. Reduced service s9 I worry about parts which should have been replaced failing and causing damage to the car. Did not check tailgate strut yet again.
Yr 7 Failed MOT due to rear brake light bulb fail and spring broken. The spring was not in stock so I am carless for two days which meant my family was also grounded. No football training for Aaron and no gym for me. Did not bother to check the tailgate strut (again). Did not bother to send me video showing what was wrong with the car. 30 quid spent on taxis getting around with no car.
Shocking service for what is a very nice car.
Never going there again.
