The ease of navigating through to them directly and changing some elements of the cover. Very quick response confirming payment had gone through via email and documents all on the app ready to read. Now have both my house and car insured with them.

Initially I checked the prices on Compare the Market, and Hasting Premier came out a lot better than my current insurer. So I decided to go with Hasting, I also got RAC roadside and recovery with it. I saved around £100. When I checked my documents, there was a small error with the purchase date of my car, so I called them and it was corrected straight away, I even got a £6 refund !
Only thing I had missed, was because I had opted for "App Policy", I had to turn on My Data, so they could monitor my driving through my phone for the initial 30 days. This was easy to set-up, and they say at the end of the 30 days they automatically turn this off. Great service, highly recommended

Hastings direct gave me a brilliant price for my car insurance beating my original company by hundreds of pounds, my other car was already insured with them already. I have found no problem with Hastings, would recommend.

Already have my house insurance so to have my car as well. Very good price though not the cheapest quote.
My renewal company tried it on with a massive increase but as Hastings didn’t try the rip off on my house renewal I’ve given them a chance. We will see next year won’t we the outcome ??
