1. They do not respond to their emails.
2. They don't call back
3. The hourly rate starts from their address and the time it takes out to move from.
4. Has paid 1200 kr for a full hour where they did not move for me.
5. They recommend that it is an hourly rate for a move instead of a fixed price. Incredibly smart of them as they are outrageously slow.
6. It should not take 6 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment when the new address is 2 km away .... !!
7. When complaining, they really don't take it seriously. Nor do they return to these inquiries.
8. Why the heck do you have to pay an extra fee to get cardboard boxes 🤯. It makes no sense.
9. The moving people were incredibly lazy and just seemed sour when giving a hand.
